CLASSES
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS
Learn the basics of boxing in a supportive environment. We focus on proper stance, movement, punches, and defense, while building conditioning and confidence. Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their skills and fitness.
BOXING ADVANCED
For boxers who already know the basics and want to push further. Expect higher intensity, advanced combinations, sparring drills, and technical refinement. A challenging class designed to level up both skill and conditioning.

A beginner-friendly boxing class for women only. You’ll learn footwork, punches, and combinations in a motivating environment. The class also focuses on fitness and coordination, making it a great way to train, sweat, and have fun together.
